    India – For Matt
    When we first chatted about this journey, we talked about all the places we would see, the people we would meet, and the memories we would make. Although you are not here to experience India beside me, you are woven into every step of this adventure. This is how you wrote poems
    I – Inspiration
    India inspires wonder at every turn. From its history and culture to the kindness of its people, it reminds me to look beyond the ordinary and appreciate the extraordinary that exists in everyday moments.
    N – New Beginnings
    Every day here brings something new to explore, and experience and to learn from. It’s a reminder that even after great loss, life continues to offer opportunities for growth, connection, and hope.
    D – Distinction
    India is unlike anywhere else. Its colours, traditions, landscapes, and stories create a place of incredible distinction that leaves a lasting impression on everyone.
    I – Indulge in Amazing Food
    You would have loved this one. Every meal is an adventure of its own. I can almost imagine the conversations we would have had while deciding what to try next.
    A – Adventure of a Lifetime
    This journey is becoming everything we hoped it would be and so much more. Every experience carries a sense of adventure, even the unexpected moments that remind me that the best stories are often the ones we never planned.

    I find myself thinking about you constantly. So many of these places are places we talked about, and yes, sorry we missed a few. While that dream changed, your presence has not disappeared. It is simply different.
    This journey honours you in ways words can never fully express.
    Thank you; these experiences honour the new friendship we shared and the memories we had started to create long before I ever set foot in India. You may not be walking these roads beside me, but your spirit is travelling with me every step of the way.
